VU SR FPhil Annual Convention

Vilnius University Student Representation in the Faculty of Philology invites all students from the Faculty of Philology to participate in the Annual Reporting and Election Conference! The Conference will take place on April 21st, 6:30 p.m. in Zigmo Zinkevičiaus (92) auditorium. During the conference, the 2025-2026 VU SR FPhil activity report will be presented and approved, the updated regulations of VU SR FPhil will be presented for approval, and the following positions will be elected:
VU SR FPhil Chairperson;
VU SR FPhil Board;
2 representatives to the VU SR Parliament (and the chairperson ex officio);
10 delegates to VU SR Annual Convention;
4 representatives to the council of VU FPhil (and the chairperson ex officio);
2 representatives to the Academic Ethics Committee of VU FPhil;
1 representative to the Admission - Attestation Committee of VU FPhil;
3 representatives to the Disputes Committee of VU FPhil;
2 representatives to the VU FPhil Board of Studies;
1 representative to the VU FPhil Election Committee;
Representatives to the Study Program Committee in VU FPhil.

! If you are considering being a candidate for the position of Chairperson or being a representative of the VU FPhil Council, send a CV and a Motivated Letter to pirmininkas@filf.vusa by April 13th, 23:59.

! If you wish to run for any other position, you may present yourself during the conference.
We invite all Faculty of Philology students to attend and pick a new team that will represent our faculty and its students in the upcoming academic year!
